Use Essential Oils For Delightful Scents Everywhere

Essential oils are concentrated plant oils that come from a wide variety of different plants. While organic essential oils can be used for aromatherapy, essential oils can also be used in the form of bath oils, perfumes and cosmetics, in incense preparations, and in cleaning products used throughout the home to release a pleasing scent that will linger for a long time.

When used in regards to plant oils, essential simply means that the minyak telon is from a particular plant and has a characteristic scent associated with the plant. You can also find pure essential oils that come in blends. Some promote mental calmness, a perfect antidote for a stressful day at work. Others help you to breathe easier. They contain essential oils such as eucalyptus, lavender, camphor and cedarwood, and when combined the scent may assist in opening and clearing your sinus membranes.

While essential oils can be detrimental if rubbed directly on the skin, they are wonderful when combined with a vegetable oil such as almond, safflower, aloe and jojoba. Then they become invigorating massage oils that can moisturize and scent your skin deliciously.

Hand and body lotions provide another great medium with which to use essential oils. These lotions that utilize fragrant oils smell wonderful, and can be used as a light perfume during the day, or can be applied as a soothing moisturizer after a shower or bath.
